Felicia began her career as a business journalist in New York with the Alexander Hamilton Institute where she wrote and edited publications for international business executives, including the best-selling book, "Fire Me and I'll Sue!" She sharpened her skills in the luxury and lifestyle market at M. Shanken Communications where she regularly profiled C-Level executives. Under her nom de plume, "Sherbert," she authored the award-winning "Unofficial Guide to Selecting Wine" and co-wrote "The Windows on the World Complete Wine Course" with Kevin Zraly.
Felicia sits on the Executive Board of the Hospitality Financial and Technology Professionals New York City chapter. She is a member of the Distinguished Advisory Board for Johnson & Wales University, the Editorial Advisory Board of the Ecole Hoteliere de Lausanne, and is a founding member of the International Food and Beverage Forum, a global think tank of food and beverage professionals.

Alison Tatham, Managing Partner, comes from the world of international finance, negotiating multi-million dollar trades with major financial institutions and multinational corporations. She has held key leadership positions in the Asia/Pacific region for Bank of America Singapore and in Australia, as well as Security Pacific Australia.
Her leadership style combined with her reputation for high integrity was recognized by the Australian Financial Markets Association [AFMA], which appointed her as the first woman Chair to serve on their Board.
Always one to get involved with the community in which she lives, Tatham has leveraged her financial management expertise, fund raising for schools in the US, Singapore, Tokyo, Hong Kong, and Australia.
